| With the improvement of people’s living standard, the refrigerator has become an indispensable part of people’s life. Whether the cooling is rapid, whether it is energy saving and environmentally friendly, as well as the quality of sound has become a measure of the performance of the refrigerator. The air cooled refrigerator has the advantages of rapid cooling, large volume, uniform temperature distribution and frost free, so it becomes the first choice of consumers. But compared to the direct cooling refrigerator, the noise is too large and difficult to ignore. In order to reduce the noise of an air cooled refrigerator of Midea, the noise problem is studied in this paper.Firstly, aiming at the problem of refrigerator compressor noise, the sound absorption and insulation measures are taken, specifically sound absorbing material and parabolic type sound insulation board are added on the back board of the compressor chamber and sound-absorbing material is pasted on the box around the compressor. Secondly, aiming at the capillary outlet jet noise, by adding two series single expansion chamber muffler the noise at the exit is effectively reduced. Thirdly, in view of the aerodynamic noise of fan duct, the internal flow field of the frozen air duct and the refrigeration air duct are simulated by Fluent, and the flow state of the air is analyzed. The velocity distribution of the internal flow field is more uniform, and the internal vortex is reduced by adding flow guiding plates at the inlet of the refrigerated air duct and inside the frozen air duct, and finally the aerodynamic noise is reduced effectively.Based on the engineering practice, this paper studies the methods of reducing the noise of the air cooled refrigerator by adopting the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation combined with experiment. Through taking sound absorption and insulation measures in the compressor chamber, adding resistance muffler with two expansion chambers connected in series at the capillary exit and adding guide plates in the refrigerated air duct and the frozen air duct, the refrigerator noise is reduced by about 1.5 dB. The research of this paper has certain directive significance and application value to the low noise design and noise control of the same type of home appliance. |
