With the improvement of people's living,electrical appliances product especially refrigerators become much more popular in our daily life.Noise problem,however,affects the quality of the refrigerator seriously and reducing the noise of the refrigerator is inevitable for putting forward higher requirements for the refrigerator compressor noise analysis and vibration research.A lot of research works on noise reduction of refrigerator compressor,which mainly focus on shell optimization,is conducted in this paper.the results play important role in improving the quality of products and increasing the competitiveness of the products.At first,this paper makes a full description on the source of reciprocating refrigerator compressor noise,transmission path,and the mechanism of the compressor noise,current research status and the way on how to suppress the noise.Through dynamics analysis of refrigerator reciprocating compressor and response analysis of component by using the finite element method,the force from internal component to shell can be studied.We make the modal analysis,vibration analysis and the analysis of the noise for compressor shell and concluded the natural frequency and vibration model.What's more,we simulate the structure dynamics response on compressor shell under the force without oil.The acoustic modal and the influence of oil for acoustic modal are studied.In the case that oil is not much,adding oil has little influence on gas liquid acoustic modal.Reducing shell's sound radiation is an important method to eliminate compressor noise.A number of effects,that is,the sound radiation of shell is affected by different parameters,are studied by using vibration mode and the boundary element method.According to the results,we can derive the conclusion:The thicker the shell is,the lower noise radiation is.Shape of support has a great influence on the first 6 order natural frequency.it can improve the first 6 order natural frequency through the vibration mode to change the shape of the bearing.Reducing the height of the shell,increasing the curvature of the shell in the vertical direction and increasing chamfer on the shell can improve the shell's natural frequency and reduce the sound radiation.
