In recent years, the ship comfort increasingly high demand, and the mechanical noise produced by a variety of power and auxiliary machineries during the operation is the main factors affecting the ship comfort. For military vessels, it also affects to the concealment capability. Taking a ship rudder actuator for study, by constructing an altered fitting parameter function of a Marine rudder actuator subscale test bench, we reproduced the apparatus mechanism vibrations generated during the operation of the test bench rightly. And for the shock and vibration generated by the moment of starting, we started a thorough investigation to seek the optimizing control method to reduce vibration acceleration amplitude, and provide a reference for the real boat vibration and noise reduction work. Details are as follows:By analyzing the characteristics of the assembly process and the base operating characteristics, a detailed design has been carried out for the test facility. The important parameters of the test facility are changeable. According to the load cases of the rudder actuator during operation, a low noise passive loading system has been designed. AMESim servo drive control system simulation, we developed a symmetrical cylinder control symmetrical valve control system with a dynamic pressure feedback device effectively reduces the rudder actuator during operation of the hydraulic pulsation impact of the phenomenon. The hydraulic impact produced during the operation of the hydraulic pump might affect the test facility for extra vibration. In order to avoid the effect, a group of accumulators which filled with hydraulic oil were used to apply the energy which can effectively cut off the hydraulic source's vibration effect to the test facility.The impact vibration is a very common phenomenon in the running process of a mechanism with clearance. In order to study the relations between the size of clearance and the impact vibration, some experiments were done on an experimental device which was based on a steering gear transmission system. Then some different control strategies were designed to reduce the strength of impact vibration. The results show that under different control strategies, the strength of impact vibration varies greatly, so it can reduce the strength of impact vibration of the mechanical equipment in the process of operation by optimizing the control strategy at the start of the machine.
