In urban areas, the demand of the mass transit has increased rapidly. More and more people use public transit system for work or for other travel purposes. Both rail transit and bus transit play an important role in alleviating the traffic congestion. In comparison, rail transit system is an essential travel mode with larger capacity and higher punctuality rate. However, bus is widely spread and can serve local area. Therefore, the coordination of the rail system and the bus system can maximize their advantages and it's vital for enhancing the efficiency of the public transit system. In recently, the development of urban rail transit has become more and more rapid. How to integrated the rail system and the bus system, maximizing the use of the internal resources, improving the service performance of the public transit system is becoming an important problem. Based on the related works about the coordination analysis of the rail system and the bus system, this paper analyzed the coordination relationship of the collinear edges between the rail lines and the bus lines. Then, the coordination relationship was defined as the goal of maximizing the utilization rate of resources and capacity matching. Further, the role of the complementarity and the competition played in the degree of coordination was analyzed. From the point of the composition of the passenger flow, the definition of the complementarity and the competition was given. Followed by the calculation of the complementarity coefficient and the competitive coefficient and the coordinated coefficient. Through the calculation of the coordinated coefficient, the candidate set of the edges need to be adjusted was preliminarily generated. Then, this paper analyzed the influences of the disruptions in the rail system on the degree of the coordination and update the edges need to be adjusted. Considering the service performance of the integrated transit system, the importance of the edges in the candidate set need to be measured. Finally, the determining set of the edges need to be adjusted wasformed. According to a series of the adjustment strategy, the edges in the determining set was adjusted one by one. Then, the adjusted integrated transit system was produced. In this paper, the traffic simulation is used to provide the data source for the subsequent coordination analysis and optimization adjustment. The experiment shows that the adjusted transit system have a higher degree of the coordination and all the indicators of the service performance are in a reasonable range. Therefore, the coordination analysis of the collinear edges between rail lines and bus lines with the consideration of the disruptions can provide a basis for the adjustment and optimization, and realized the organic combination of the two transit systems, contributing to improve the efficiency of the operation.
