Along with the development of subway construction in China, we have faced a new round of construction peak. Part of the subway construction show a large scale, high technical standards and fast construction. However, the existing railway line maintenance management informationization, intelligent construction is lagging behind. Only relying on manual has been unable to meet the current needs of the normal maintenance and management. The use of modern computer technology and the introduction of subway structure safety quantitative method has important theoretical significance and practical value, but also an important part of currently facing the development of the subway. We need to realize the integration and sharing of existing line operation maintenance management and assistant decision information, and implement closed management mode effectively to management and maintenance through the computer technology.On the basis of the domestic and foreign research on the foundation support system, combined with the actual needs of the management and maintenance of the unit, this paper studies on the process of building a integrated system framework of subway structure maintenance and management. And also, the paper completed the structure design and database design of the system and the overall functional design, and carried out the corresponding research on a series of key technologies including:(1) research on the fuzzy comprehensive judgment method based on analytic hierarchy process, and for the safety of the subway tunnel structure of the implementation of quantitative determination; (2) apply the distributed long gauge fiber monitoring technology into the subway tunnel and bridge structure, and research the layout of the fiber optic sensor, the installation process and promote the acquisition and transmission technology. Development of a real-time monitoring module of the system of subway structures; (3) summarize the reinforcement and repair technique for the subway structure lining crack, improve the maintenance and reinforcement technology with FRP grid, the reinforcement will be applied to the subway tunnel structure. Finally, this paper introduces the application of the software in Beijing metro line 15,Hou Shayu Metro Station and verifies the practicability and operability.
