Design And Manufacturing Of A New Type Of Traffic Signal Machine Based On Self-organized Fault Repair

According to the traffic characteristics of Xinjiang, a four phase five time traffic signal machine is designed to meet the use of Xinjiang.Second: Xinjiang county and city single point timing traffic signal machine is mostly in the offline state, when the signal machine failure, traffic management department is not easy to detect. So it is very necessary that the signal machine has the function of automatic diagnosis. This paper deals with automatic diagnosis of faults including line faults and circuit faults.Third: Xinjiang County, city traffic signal machine maintenance personnel are more scarce, with fewer professional quality personnel. Signal machine fault automatic repair function is particularly important. In this paper, according to the signal fault automatic repair of the corresponding research, design the automatic signal fault repair function.Fourth: the use of a single point of time traffic signal control system at the intersection of Xinjiang. Its low level of intelligence, do not have networking capabilities. The failure of the signal machine can not be reflected in a timely manner to the traffic management department. This research has developed the fault remote wireless feedback to the traffic management department's function.According to the traffic characteristics of Xinjiang city and county, this paper designs a micro signal machine based on fault repair self organization. The signal machine can effectively solve many problems existing in Xinjiang city and county.
