| In urban rail transit systems, traffic signal system is a set of command andcontrol as one of the train system is very important, it is directly related to the safeoperation of urban rail transit systems, operational efficiency and service quality. Itguarantees the safety of passengers and trains, trains to achieve fast, high-density,orderly operation of the function. Current urban rail transit has been a gradualtransition from manual driving, artificial protection to pre-run automatic trainprotection, autopilot operation. One of the key technologies to achieve thistransformation is the signal system.The purpose of this paper is to make the operating units in addition to proposedequipment needs in advance, but also to understand device performance duringcommissioning, operation principle of mastering equipment, known equipmentdefects and solutions for the opening of a new line of solid foundation. The maincontent of this paper is to study the signal system design, commissioning andoperations management. First, find the line from operational defects existingsignaling system and found the train speed signal transmission problems, screen door,door systems and signal time delay problem and linkage with other issues such asdevice interface through several practical tests, and proposed improvements measures.Based on the experience of existing lines, new signaling system on the line to make aneeds analysis simultaneously. Secondly, to develop a new line debugging program,the ATS system, signals and other vehicle functions to verify, debug. And from theperspective of the actual operational needs ahead of some function tests find problemsin the test and further improve, understand and master all kinds of emergencysolutions failures. Finally, from the perspective of actual operations, maintenanceand repair program to define the signal, try not affect operations. Eventually theentire signal system commissioning was completed and put into operation a new lineof work after the opening line. |
