The amorphous wire is one of the excellent soft magnetic materials. It has always been an important part of research in the study of magnetic sensor. In the new era, people have a higher request for sensor manufacturing research and development in production and living ways. Hence, we analyze the magnetic domain structure of the amorphous wire, aiming at providing theory with amorphous magnetic material of the magnetic domain theory. This article analyzes magnetic domain structure model of amorphous wire. We use magnetization process and magnetic impedance tensor of the off-diagonal components as the way to study magnetic domain structure. So we design the off-diagonal impedance measurement of amorphous wire experimental platform.The article elaborated about practical theoretical direction of the amorphous wire and its research background. And it introduced magnetic domain observation and experiment method of amorphous wire. We established the "core- shell" magnetic domain structure of the wire combining with the theory. Then according to the features, combining off-diagonal impedance component of magnetic impedance tensor with circular anisotropy of negative magnetostrictive Co-based amorphous wire samples, we analyzed the magnetization vector and magnetization process in the shell domain structure of the amorphous wire. According to that, we put forward the hardware method that might verify "bamboo" domain structure of amorphous wire. To go further, we designed the off-diagonal impedance component measurement system of amorphous wire to study the relationship between the off-diagonal impedance component and the magnetic field. Hardware circuit design includes amplifier circuit in front of chip AD8302, adjusting circuit, relay control circuit and amorphous wire circuit, which is used to extract the amplitude and phase signal of the off diagonal impedance response signal. We designed Multi-serial control software of PC and the 16 bit ADC based on single chip microcomputer controlling. The ultimate goal is to transmit the off-diagonal impedance sensing signal to the computer, and analyze and process the signal. In the end, the signal information of the off-diagonal impedance component is acquired.
