In the era of rapid industrial development,in the field of mechanical automation and aviation,daily life wire rope is a common component of our daily life.Because the application scope of wire rope is very extensive,the places where it is used are more important occasions for traction and load bearing,so the safety of wire rope is directly related to the safety of staff.Based on the detection system of magnetic flux leakage detected by tunnel magnetic sensor,a series of factors are simulated according to the type of defect.The requirement of hardware and software of the system is designed,and the characteristics and detection technology of defect signal are analyzed.The existing wire rope sites are generally large mechanized devices,testing personnel is not convenient direct detection,so the design of this system adopts humane treatment,can let the staff to work in the case of contact wire rope,can be detected in personnel security situation.Based on theoretical calculation,software simulation is used as an auxiliary method to analyze the characteristics of wire rope defect signal and the influence of wire rope structure on defect detection.The excitation of the wire rope is sufficient,the exciter structure hardware design and reasonable material,reduce the influence from height of irrelevant factors,and optimized according to the feedback,reasonable selection of the lift off height.The reasonable arrangement of sensor layout,designed to reduce magnetic structure,reduce magnetic interference,using LF type and LMA type inspection method,reducing rope magnetic flux leakage signal influence on inter strand signal detection.The hardware design of the signal acquisition of upper computer and the signal and processing of the lower computer is designed,and the signal transmission of the network is connected with the PC.A preliminary systematic experiment is carried out to identify the influence of contaminant impurities,wire rope deviation and vibration frequency on system detection.We confirm the sensitivity of the system for wire rope detection.The quantitative and qualitative detection of two kinds of defects based on the non-destructive testing of the wire rope defect based on the tunnel magnetic sensor is realized.
