As the fast increase of air traffic flow and with the important stage our country is turning from a civil aviation big power into a strong power, aircraft's operation safety has become a social and focal topic right now. To timely obtain the aircraft operation intent information and confirm the aircraft operation state and location will become one of the effective means to improve the air traffic management(ATM) system efficiency, the airspace utilization rate and the aircraft operation safety. Therefore, the paper makes a research for aircraft operation intent information on the basis of computer language.In the ATM system, confirming the aircraft operation state still relies on the voice communication between pilots and controllers. But there may be some uncertainty and ambiguity in voice communication, especially in today's supersaturated traffic flow safety hazard exists in a great extent. Due to the unity and normativity problems for the research of aircraft operation intent, this paper studies dispose method for aircraft operation intent description language(AOIDL) on the basis of the existing research about aircraft operation intent description. It utilizes the computer form language and the deterministic finite automaton(DFA) theory to design the AOIDL lexical and grammatical rules, to construct the AOIDL grammar and syntax, and to generate and identify AOIDL sentence automatically;Application of hidden Markov Models of aircraft operation information intend for processing,it establishes a AOIDL instruction database of the whole operation process based on the basis,associates the AOIDL instruction set with the state variable, and simulates the flight tracking information by the corresponding relationship between the AOIDL instruction set and the flight track. Finally, the paper generates a flight AOIDL instruction library according to a certain flight plan and the controller-pilot's air-ground dialogue, and simulates the flight track based on aircraft operating intent.Using the computer language AOIDL to transmit the aircraft operation intent is expected to utilize the air-ground communication equipment to realize the timely communication and share of aircraft operation intent information, which will improve the ATM system efficiency,the airspace utilization rate and the aircraft operation safety.
