Civil aviation aircraft maintenance team personnel as a fundamental part of civil aviation production is the basic unit to protect aircraft continuing airworthiness and maintenance of quality. Improving the operational reliability of the maintenance team can further reduce the occurrence of errors during maintenance.In this paper, starting with the reliability of the maintenance team personnel, the establishment of maintenance staff reliability team model to determine an important factor in the model. Reliability model established for the error probability of the repair process is calculated to provide data support for improving the reliability of aviation maintenance, thus improving the reliability of the process of human aviation maintenance operations.On the basis of comparative research on the reliability of the model at home and abroad,combined with the civil aviation maintenance personnel during maintenance team for fault identification, diagnosis and decision-making, development of maintenance plan, execute actions such course of action, to service personnel in the work process maintenance information processing manifested error patterns and causes of research and analysis, extract from factors that affect the reliability of maintenance,using the Delphi method to determine the factors influencing the maintenance team.On the basis of the maintenance team personnel reliability analysis and building maintenance team behavior framework, determine the maintenance team and maintenance staff cognitive behavioral category team personnel failure modes, failure to identify suitable for the establishment of the maintenance team personnel,decision-making, planning, implementation( identification decision plan and action, IDPA)model.Through the study of IDPA Model Performance Factor(PIF), the PIF common performance conditions on the use of specific maintenance event(CPC) be amended to specifically determine the right model IDPA events weight. Finally, the value of re-determining the probability of the process based on the reliability of the maintenance team servicing team personnel to operate the basic event failure probability and the right to maintain resource management in maintenance process to provide more objective data to support human factors, in order to achieve human error events quantify the probability of occurrence in probabilistic risk assessment.In the last analysis example, during operating process of maintenance team, error mechanism is analyzed using IDPA model, and operational reliability is quantized. A more objective human factor data is provided for maintenance resource management to achieve quantification of the probability of human error incidents in probability risk assessment.In the final analysis examples given IDPA step model and calculation methods of reliability maintenance team.. This paper is exploratory research on the reliability of the model maintenance team personnel to operate, IDPA model uses the established mechanism of error analysis process maintenance team action occurs, the quantization process maintenance operations in operational reliability. Given the complexity of the operating system maintenance, the need for continuous improvement and supplement the model in order to provide guidance ideas and methods for maintenance error management.
