| If the 4D tracks management could be optimized, it would theoretically alleviates the current situation of the airspace resources constraints and air traffic congestion. Which goes with this concept is flight conflict detection and solution. In this article, to start with the algorithm of flight conflict detection and solution, a new improved algorithm is raised. The main content of this paper is divided into two parts:In order to improve the accuracy of detection of flight conflict for cutting down false alarm rates, conflict detection model is improved with Gass-Hermite particle filter(GHPF). Designs importance density function is given with Gass-Hermite filter(GHF), estimates real flight trajectory, and calculate conflict probabilities. Then, the results will be compared with those of standard particle filter and conventional observation. And according to simulation calculations, the accuracy of conflict detection and tracing with Gass-Hermite particle filter is better than that with standard particle filter. The detected conflict probability is more precise with GHPF. So that Gass-Hermite particle filter can be applied to the research in early stage of aircraft conflict detection.Flight conflict resolution is the key to the safe operation of aircrafts. To combine fast convergence for global search of Particle Swarm Optimization and local search of Variable Neighborhood Search, Enhanced PSO with VNS is proposed. The improved algorithm inherit advantages of both two, and it can be used to solve conflict problem effectively. The simulation results prove that the improved algorithm can get the global optimal solution quickly, and improved the quality of final solved tracks. |
