Since the born of areo-engine, the research on the improvement of turbine function has always been the issue which got the attention of the world. With the unremitting pursuit of the dynamic performance of aviation engine, high pressure turbine module was always pushed to achieve a better development at design,manufacture, maintenance and other aspects. At the field of civil aviation, EGTM is the core characterization of engine turbine property and also a major reference to judge the capability of maintenance of MRO. Although so many similarities in structure and prinple on aero-engine mechanism, there still do exist differences widely and hugely at the detailed structure parameters about the engine, duing to the different engine manufacturers' designing conception, especially the HPT module. How to improve EGTM with the method of the parameters optimization at the base of the scope of the enactment in the maitenance manual provided by engine manufacturer is a problem to the engineers of MRO.Given by these, this paper did research on the influence of EGTM with the correlation structure parameters of HPT module. Referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the tests for this paper were performed with an entire specific type engine. Firstly, select parameters factors which give significantly impact on EGTM by the qualitative analysis from the tests' results, and do the collection of historical maintenance data of these parameters. Secondly,make a descision in the mathematical theories of establishing EGTM prediction model, giving quantitative analysis, by the identification with the practical application results after the filter of the preprocessing of factors' data. And lastly, do the analysis of EGTM affected by the deformation of HPT Shroud after the finishment of the HPT module assembly,and make optimizations of the EGTM with quantization of the factors, such as, A41,HPT honeycomb, HPT tipclearance with the chosen EGTM prediction model.Finially, attempt to explain the reasons about the fluctuation of EGTM by the quantization factors with the whole content analysis, and give proposals on how toimprove the maintenance of the type of engine in the furture.
