Reducing and restraining the occurrence of maintenance errors effectively has great significance of aviation safety protection and aircraft using efficiency. How to identify and control maintenance errors effectively in aviation maintenance is a difficult problem in modern aviation maintenance. Therefore the paper based on summing up domestic and foreign studies, combined with the characteristic of aircraft maintenance errors and the technology of human-machine to study the technology of aircraft maintenance errors. It concludes the constructs new index maintenance error system, error reasons analyze, error grades evaluate, error prediction and warning methods. It also realizes the system platform design and implementation of the visual system.In terms of error identification, the paper redistricts the classification of aviation maintenance error and presents a new method to determine the maintenance errors based on the combination of maintenance scene elements and the error identification framework.In terms of error reason analysis and evaluation, this thesis constructs the fault analysis system of aviation maintenance error and the error rating system. Through the information entropy and principal component analysis method, the paper analyzes the causes of maintenance errors. The improved Generalized Linear Model and grey evaluation method can evaluate the maintenance errors successfully. It also summarizes the comparison of the methods.In terms of error control, the error prediction method based on historical data, static and dynamic behavior is put forward. This paper constructs the error warning evaluation system and evaluates it,study the method of maintenance system error prevent design. The error control strategy and program are designed in this paper.In the end, the system validation framework is designed for the identification and control of aviation maintenance errors, it also constructs the platform system structure and database.The main functional modules are analyzed and implemented.
