Various fields have higher requirements for precision due to the standard of precision has been at a high level with the progress of science and technology at present time.Therefore,dynamic measurement has gradually replaced the transmission static measurement and becomes the mainstream of modern measurement technology.The data which measured in dynamic way can’t be analyzed in Static accuracy theory on account of the time variability,the randomness,the correlation and the dynamic characteristics of the dynamic measurement.The dynamic error theory need be improved due to it could improve the accuracy of the measurement system and the research of dynamic error theory was still at a low level.The content of paper studied the error resolution and traceability of dynamic error of gearbox based on the dynamic measurement accuracy theory and dynamic measurement technology and the development trend of the future research direction which could be a good example for improving the precision of other system.The main contents of the paper included 5 points:(1)The model of the gearbox dynamic angle error is established by the whole system dynamic precision model theory and the comprehensive error model is mainly the combination of dynamic error model and static error model dynamic error model in this paper.the dynamic model is a mathematical model and it is based on the internal gear transmission of the reducer,and this model is processed by software to obtain the dynamic error of the reducer.The static error model of the reducer is to establish the error transfer function by analyzing the error of gear inherent error and transmission error.So,the author established an error model that fully reflects the characteristics of the gearbox by combining the dynamic error model and the static error model.(2)This paper introduces the common data processing methods.In view of the research data in this paper,the author would find a suitable data processing method through processing and analysis.Generally,these data can only reflect the error changes of the dynamic measurement system.In order to obtain the specific error characteristics of the measured system,it is necessary to process the data through special data processing methods.The paper introduces some common data processing methods: Fourier spectrum analysis,Wavelet analysis,Empirical Mode Decomposition,Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition.The processing and analysis of the simulation experimental data of the hybrid system are based on the whole system dynamic error modeling theory.Finally,EEMD is chose to process the data in this paper.(3)The dynamic angle error detection system of the transmission chain is established in this paper by the reducer as the research object.The movement of the reduction box is driven by the servo motor,and the motion control card drives the servo motor.Since the servo motor is connected to the input shaft of the gearbox,and the circular encoder is connected to the output shaft of the gearbox.Therefore,the input and output rotation angles of the reduction gear box are respectively measured by the feedback pulses of the servo motor built-in encoder and the circular encoder.The resulting dynamic angular error of the reducer is based on the acquisition and comparison of the pulse by the motion control card.At the same time,in order to ensure the quality of the measurement,the measurement system was evaluated by the uncertainty evaluation method.Finally,the measurement system met the experimental requirements.(4)The steps of the reducer dynamic angle error and tracing are as follows: Firstly,the common data processing methods are used to process and compare the synthetic error simulation data of gearbox.Secondly,EEMD method was used to process experimental data.Through EEMD processing of simulation data and experimental data which compares the frequency of error simulation data and experimental data,it is found that the two frequencies are relatively similar,so as to realize error decomposition and tracing of gearbox angle error.The research object of this paper is speed reducer.Based on the whole system dynamic precision model,the whole system dynamic error transfer chain function model and the actual dynamic measurement system are established.Through the processing of model simulation data and experimental data,the error decomposition and tracing of gearbox are completed.It lays a good foundation for the error decomposition and traceability of the measured system or the measurement system and the improvement of the accuracy of the above system. |
