| Airport enclosures are of great importance to ensure airport security. Nowadays, with the application of various front-end detection equipments, airport enclosures security has been improved to some extent. Meanwhile, there are still some problems, such as high false alarm rate, scattered information, and it is difficult for monitors to make effective management from an overall perspective. Therefore, it is necessary to find an information integration method of font-end detection equipments, an effective way to integrate scattered information to measure the security level of airport enclosures. Also it is necessary to develop the monitoring software to achieve all-round supervision of airport enclosures.First of all, based on the actual situation of the airport enclosures, the paper proposes three characters of the airport enclosures security, namely, the number of alarm detected by the monitors, manual or automatic inspection interval, and the detection coverage space. In short, these are referred as three factors of airport enclosures security. Based on the tree factors, the paper will further put forward three concepts: alarm integration reliability, alarm density and security perception.Secondly, according to the collection of alarm integration reliability, the paper proposes an improvement method, Pignistc probability function based on DS evidence theory. Targeted at contradictory evidence, this method redistributes evidence by using Pignistic probability function, solving problems that cannot be solved by using the DS theory under the evidence with high-conflict. As a result, the false alarm rate of the front-end detection equipments has been effectively reduced.Then, the paper puts forward the level of security, which is regarded as the only parameter to indicate the security level of airport enclosures. Security level ranges from low to high, sector security degree, zone security degree and global security degree. By using fuzzy set theory, it integrates alarm integration reliability, alarm density and security perception to measure the sector security degree. And furthermore by taking maximum and using weighted average method, it can get zone security degree and global security degree,forming three-level system to monitor airport enclosures security level. Therefore it provides the evidence to supervise the state of airport enclosures security for monitoring personnel.Finally, the paper verifies monitoring and warning platform. According to the above theory, it uses c# programming language to develop warning software to monitor the airport enclosures. Taking security degree as its core, through several modules, electronic map, video surveillance, log queries etc., it realizes the monitoring and warning function of the airport enclosures. Simulation experiment results show that the warning software(taking security degree as its core) can effectively reflect the actual situation around enclosures, in line with the judgments of monitoring personnel on intrusion event. It reduces the labor intensity of monitoring personnel, improves the management level of airport enclosures security. |
