With the rapid growth of air transport volume and the continuous expansion of fleet size,and the high assessment requirements and long training cycle of crew members,especially pilots,the growth rate of domestic pilots can not keep up with the rising civil aviation demand and rapid fleet expansion,resulting in the prominent problem of fatigue of crew members,especially pilots.Therefore,the importance of flight crew scheduling is self-evident,it seems to be a major issue of common concern to major airlines in the world.However,the reasonable flight crew scheduling has not been properly solved,which makes the fatigue problem of most domestic crew members,especially pilots,particularly serious,and makes crew members,especially pilots,still in fatigue risk,which has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the domestic civil aviation transportation industry.In this context,this paper mainly does the following work:(1)Analysis of flight fatigue status.Firstly,it combs the basic theory of flight fatigue,including the definition,performance,harm,influencing factors and regulatory requirements of pilot fatigue.Then,the quantitative expression model of pilot fatigue problem is proposed,and the fatigue degree of pilots is calculated from the collected data.The results show that the fatigue degree varies greatly,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research work.(2)In the description of crew scheduling problem,one is to generate flight loop,and the other is to establish a crew flight loop assignment model aiming at fatigue equilibrium.The crew scheduling problem consists of two sub problems.One is the generation of flight loop.The flight link network method is selected to generate the flight loop and is introduced in detail;The second is task assignment.In this paper,a unit assignment model based on fatigue equilibrium is constructed for the first time,and the model architecture based on cost optimization in the traditional unit scheduling model is compared and analyzed.(3)The simulated annealing algorithm,ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm and other heuristic optimization algorithms are compared and analyzed.Finally,the genetic algorithm is selected to solve the model.(4)Case study.Taking a small domestic airline as an example,under the single base linear hub structure,only the fatigue equilibrium of the two person crew,especially the captain,is considered.The results show that the fatigue degree of pilots on that day has been greatly improved,and the difference between the fatigue degree of each pilot and the average fatigue degree of that day is small,which means that the fatigue degree of pilots is relatively stable,which reflects that the model is true and effective.
