Integrated maintenance management software, a part of onboard information system, is mainly responsible for the real-time detection and the comprehensive diagnosis of BIT information of each device onboard information system, and the information is displayed on the man-machine interface.IMMS is designed for simulation of the function of integrated maintenance management software. To analog Ethernet data exchange process between integrated maintenance management software of C919 and member system. It can analog interface data from integrated maintenance management software to member system and onboard software. What’s more, it can receive and display Ethernet signal from member system and onboard software to integrated maintenance management software.First of all, by studying ARINC624 standard, the function of the system is analyzed. Then, according to the design of avionics system, the design principle of the system is put forward. Combined with the analysis of the design principle and function, organization structure, system-level, overall architecture and function correspondence model are designed. And every level is designed and implemented in great detail. Finally, in the VC development environment, the design of the system is achieved, and system testing is completed in accordance with test specifications.Through the study of integrated maintenance management software, operational principle and workflow of integrated maintenance management software are known and mastered. The result shows that the developed IMMS meets the design requirements in the functionality, performance and quality, and provides the theoretical support for the research of related technology. What’s more, there is a certain reference value for the development of the integrated maintenance management service technology of the domestic large aircraft onboard information system. |
