| Modern civil aircraft usually uses onboard maintenance system to diagnose and predict the aircraft fault,which can ensure flight safety,improve maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.Boeing,Airbus and other top international aircraft manufacturers have carried out a lot of research on the onboard maintenance system,the newest aircraft such as Boeing 787 and Airbus 380,the onboard maintenance systems are based on AFDX architecture,and developed according to the new generation of onboard maintenance system design guidelines ARINC624 standard.Compared to the previous generation maintenance system of Boeing 737 NG and Airbus 320 which based on the ARINC604 specification and ARINC429 bus architecture,the data throughput,transmission speed,reliability and other performance indicators have significantly improved.In order to meet the simulation requirements of the onboard maintenance function of the new generation of aircraft system unit in the ground maintenance and testing,it is necessary to develop the ground simulation platform of the onboard maintenance system.According to the framework and the basic work flow of onboard maintenance system,the design requirements of onboard maintenance system simulation platform is put forward based on ARINC624 and AFDX,and the communication model is designed to meet the system’s data communication needs.Then,the overall design of the simulation platform is carried out,the hardware platform is built and tested and the system layer model is designed vertically.The horizontal design of the module and the class structure is carried out in each layer;On the basis of hardware and software platform,typical application scenarios are achieved,such as the periodic fault reporting application scenario,status monitoring application scenario,fault injection application scenario,ground test application scenario,configuration information reporting application scenario,configuration functions application scenario and historical information read and display application scenario.Finally,the test platform is built and while the test method is put forward.The functional test of each application scenario is carried out and the test results are analyzed.The test results show that the simulation system can achieve the desired design goals. |
