With the rapid development of the civil aviation passenger service information system,the scale of the system is more and more complicated. How to accurately evaluate the system reliability, and ensure the normal operation of the system, is an urgent task.The civil aviation passenger service information system contains a plurality of application subsystems which have a lot of fault monitoring data, but the original data has repeatability, false alarm, incompleteness and other defects. In order to evaluate the reliability of the system quickly and accurately, the paper presents a matching algorithm based on sliding time window for fault data. The algorithm contains five steps. First step is structured processing monitoring data, and generating alarm time series according to the alarm time sequence. Second step is determining the width and sliding step of time window. Third step is generating alarm data from cleaning the data of each time window and retaining the alarm key information. Forth step is compressing the alarm data within time window so as to form fault data. Fifth step is switching fault data into reliability data.In order to quantitatively evaluate the reliability of the civil aviation passenger service information system, the matching algorithm based on sliding time window for fault data is applied to time interval model and fault count model, and integrate into the two types of model representative of J-M and G-O model which evaluate system reliability from time interval and fault count. Because the J-M and G-O model itself have some inherent disadvantages, so the paper presents a combination of Bayes estimation of NHPP model. The model uses priori knowledge modified NHPP model, so it can reduce the model evaluation error and improve the reliability evaluation precision.In order to simplify workload of the civil aviation passenger service information system,the paper attempts to establish a reliability evaluation system, in order to realize the automation of the civil aviation passenger service information system reliability evaluation and improve the efficiency and accuracy of software reliability evaluation.In summary, the paper builds the matching algorithm based on sliding time window for fault data based on monitoring data of the civil aviation passenger service information system, studies and validates the reliability assessment model from various angles. Simulation results show, reliability evaluation system has realized the automation reliability evaluation to simplify the process of reliability evaluation.
