Residential communities, public transportation network and all kinds of urban public service facilities are important elements of the modern city. Based on the residential communities, public transportation network and urban public service facility, the transportation accessibility and vulnerability of urban public service network are researched. The analysis of transportation accessibility provides decision support for purchase of residential community with convenient transportation and all kinds of urban public service facilities optimization allocation. The method that reduces the vulnerability of urban public service facilities is concluded by calculation of the urban public service facility transportation vulnerability and the ArcGIS spatial visualization technology. In this paper, the full source least change shortest path algorithm is designed, which is based on the analysis of the shortest path algorithm and the characteristics of the public transport system. Two indicators, including the distance and time between residential community and urban public service facility calculated by the least change shortest path algorithm, are considered to evaluate urban public service facility transportation accessibility. With the ArcGIS spatial visualization technology, the distribution characteristics of high transportation accessibility communities is concluded, and provides decision support for purchase of residential community and urban public service facility optimization allocation. The transportation vulnerability of all kinds of urban public service facilities is researched by simulating the random attack, degree attack, and betweenness attack of the bus driving road. The decision-making basis, obtained by the contrastive analysis of the geographical distribution characteristics of high vulnerability urban public service facility and the geographical distribution characteristics of low vulnerability urban public service facility, is provided to reduce the vulnerability of the high vulnerability urban public service facilities. As an example, the Wuhan urban public service facilities are analyzed. The results show that the analysis of transportation accessibility and vulnerability can provide decision support for purchase of residential community and urban public service facility optimization allocation.
