Heat transfer is a efficient and compact heat exchange equipment, it has the advantage of high thermal efficiency, low heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small floor space, convenient installation and cleaning, extensive application, long service life, etc. There are a large number of uses of heat exchanger in the industry areas and civilian fields. Therefore, plates of plate heat exchanger research and develop receives more and more attentions. The plate is the centre of plate heat exchanger.The plate transfer characters mainly reflect in the total heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop two aspects. In order to more accurately analysis the thermal efficiency of the plate heat exchanger, in this paper, it has used Digital Simulation Technology that applied to three different V-shape corrugated plate transfers to take a full-scale analysis of plate heat exchanger overall model. In order to run a simulation more accurate and more economic.First, the paper has chosen model from some common turbulence mathematical model that is suitable for heat exchanger in this paper to simulate Realizable model. Second, it has determined the discrete method and solving method. At the same time, through FLUENT software to simulate the 6 kinds of fluid velocity under TK, TM, TL three kinds of version. The qualitative results of the flow passage of plate heat exchanger have been acquired like fluid velocity distribution, temperature distribution, pressure distribution and so on, which have analyzed to acquire import and export average temperature, import and export average pressure and transfer coefficient of quantitative results.The work of this paper can let heat transfer design worker deeply understand numerical analysis methods of three kinds of V-shape corrugated plate heat exchanger and make them roundly grasp heat transfer effect of plate heat exchanger. In addition, contrasting actual working condition and the comparison of simulation results guide the actual selection of parameter setting.
