Most of the particles of high-energy cosmic ray come from outer space, they carry rich information. The detection of cosmic ray is an important means of human to understand the macro-material world of universe, micro-material world of universe and the changes about Earth's environment. At the same time, people can also understand the core issues of cosmological areas about the origin of the universe, such as the formation and evolution of celestial bodies, and the background of space media.With the development of the technology of cosmic ray detection, people understand more and more about cosmic rays, however, the requirements for the equipment of observation about cosmic ray is also getting higher and higher. The imaging technique of Cherenkov is one of the main detection technologies about cosmic ray on the ground. In order to better detect the light of Cherenkov from the atmosphere, the existing Cherenkov telescope is to be improved and play a greater role.This paper introduces the design of the support construction about the primary mirror of Cherenkov Telescope. At the same time, through the software, the optical system of Cherenkov telescope is simulated and analyzed in this paper. We determine to use a spherical optical system to reflecting, and determine on the position of the focal plane of the optical system. The primary mirror is combined by the 20 mirrors and five halves. Each mirror is an independent individual. We need to design a supporting construction for each individual and one for primary mirror. Using the finite element software, we analyzed the mirror deformation under its own weight, the change of temperature and assembly stress. The final result we have gained is that the mirror distortion is less than ? /10. It complies with the technical requirements.
