With the wide application of optical products,the demand to precision of optical lens requirements are also getting higher and higher.To improve the precision,we should not only improve the machining precision of lens,the more important one is the improvement detecting precision of lens,interference detection is still the most classic and effective method of optical detection.For the problems we met in the common method in the optical workshop at present to detect the surface shape of lens,for example,contact detecting,no quantitative detecting,easy to cause secondary damage to lens surface,vulnerable to the detection of subjective factors.Research group introduced the polarization interference technology on the basis of the Twyman Green optical splitting system,through the software simulation and the structure of experiment light path,collecting interference images,improve the contrast of interference images.According to the requirements of detection range,we analyzed the whole shape detection system,in the course of the experiment,we found using the parallel light as the light source can not meet the actual detection requirements for the small curvature lens,specially for convex spherical surface.In this essay,we introduced the detection program of using the convergent light as the light source on the basics of the parallel light path.At first,we analyzed the theory of interference technique,introduced and analyzed the four detection program of using the parallel light and the convergent light as the light source to detect the concave lens and convex lens,using Zemax software to simulation analysis,furthermore,build the experimental light path to collect the interference images,getting the difference interference images of the difference curvature.In the light of theoretical analysis of four detection schemes,in combination with the detection requirements,through the calculation and analysis,we determined the whole detection program of the lens surface shape,and designed a continuously variable laser beam expanding system,meeting the requirements of surface shape detection.The system has fine practical value.In the end,we summarized the study work,and pointed out the thought and method of building the detecting system of using the convergent light as the light source and the design of the prototype in the future.It has important significance for the design of the miniaturization prototype.
