Tank artillery test system in the application process, the inevitable by external vibration and shock, severely affect the performance of the device, so the strength of improving the structure is essential. In this paper, a type of tank platform existing test system as the main research object, the vibration characteristics of vehicle platform and its influence on the test system to produce. Firstly, the electronic test system design, and introduces the working principle of the external environment and vehicle platform, based on the test system to study structural vibration theory, the mechanical damping system model to analyze the stiffness,damping and the relationship between vibration transmissibility to give vibration transmissibility curve; Secondly, according to the tank where the external environment,research vehicle testing system dynamics theory, carry out damping system design, by way of research and the different layout damper damper characteristics and advantages and disadvantages, the establishment of a dynamic differential equations.It analyzes the situation is different vibration coupling layout mode, combined with the actual vibration tank platform and engineering experience, the completion of the damping system design. Finally, using Solid Works software to complete the structural design, the use of ANSYS Workbench electronic boxes, and other printed circuit boards, switches and filters the finite element model, according to the external input parameters and test environment, test system modal structural analysis, random vibration analysis and impulse response analysis.By design tank car damping system, to achieve the tank platform test system damping effect, by finite element analysis method validation and analysis, the validity of the damping system, the test system to other platforms anti-vibration, shock design positive significance.
