The article studies a kind of controlling driven device based on the background of aerospace, which achieved changing the position of large institutions accurately and controllably by controlling brushless DC motors.Considering of the influence of large inertia for huge spacecraft and the difficulty of lateral docking in space environment, when formatting the space station systems, firstly the spacecraft generally docked axially, and then lateal translocation and re-docking process of cabin should be achieved by quasi-static way, which mitigate the adverse effects that is caused by eccentric impact. The purpose of the paper is to study the control system which achieved the cabin's lateral translocation. The highly reliable and accurate real-time controlling should be achieved in the translocation process, which influenced by many factors for the transposition of large loading cabins. By analysis of the transposition timing sequence, the article proposed the scheme that the entire transposition process is controlled in real time by the combinative way of DC brushless motor hall position feedback and indexing mechanism angle resolver feedback, which ensure the indexing mechanism transposing smoothly in the formulary time.By analysis of the redundant modes, the control system used a combinative redundant design of triple modular redundancy and voting structure for two multiplied by two. Furtherly, the automatic controlling and manual controlling modes were proposed to improve mission reliability, which was provided with the function of switching to manual controlling mode in case of failure in the automatic controlling mode, and executed transposion process by manual instructions.
