The capacity of China's nuclear power construction and planning is huge, and the localization of nuclear power equipment will also restrict the development of nuclear power in China and the "going out" strategy deployment,. the main feed water pump of large pressurized water nuclear power plant studied in this paper is one of the few non domestic equipment. The feedwater pump(APA) of Ling'ao ? Nuclear Power Station is foreign enterprise products, There are a lot of problems can not be solved. In order to solve these problems once, To improve the reliability of unit operation,We design and manufacture the equipment, In the design process of the main feed water pump,The three-dimensional flow model of feed-water pump is built.CFX and ANSYS software is used to compute.Based on analysis of the CFX software,and adopting the standard k-? turbulence model and the upgradable wall-surface function metod,a three-dimensional steady turbulent flow field in the feed-water pump of Ling'ao ? Nuclear Power Station has been calculated,the velocity and pressure distribution of flow field within the main parts,namely impeller and Pump shell. And calculate the optimal size of the mechanical seal cooling water jacket.We also do shaft static structural analysis to obtain stress-strain diagram and check the parts strength using the ANSYS software; and we calculate the critical speed of the rotor components to get the rotor natural frequency. And we find that critical speed is away from the rated speed and the rotor meets operational requirements.Water pump to be used in Ling'ao ? Nuclear Power Station, in order to determine the reliability, we create main feedwater pump prototype, through the same experimental system performance test, Comparison of main feed water pump performance curves with the theoretical conversion, Confirm the consistent performance, the deviation of the prototype's performance curve and the owner of feedwater pump test curve meet the requirements of the standard.The prototype is manufactured and installed to site of the Ling'ao ? Nuclear Power Station. The design parameters and performance of the prototype meet the requirements of the system, and the domestic experience of the nuclear power station is accumulated.
