Synthetic vision system(SVS) is plane's Epoch-making cockpit technology and is an effective way to solve the safety accidents of controlled flight into terrain(CFIT) and runway intrusion.The vivid and visual information expression method of SVS can effectively reduce the workload of the driver, so that the driver can quickly and easily get the desired information and ensure the flight safety of the unit. Integrity and availability of SVS are two important properties of the system, the first mainly reflect the credibility of SVS, to ensure its ability of see where it is; the second is the ability of the system to be used normally and the function is not lost. which affects the overall performance of the system. Terrain database is one of the key components of SVS, which has a very important influence on the integrity and availability of the system. And terrain database integrity monitoring(TDIM) is the main means to ensure the integrity of the terrain database and to ensure the integrity of the system. Integrity and availability of the system is one of the two sides of the relationship, which can not be separated from the discussion. The existing research at home and abroad not consider the integrity and availability of SVS together, which ensure SVS's integrity but reduce the availability of SVS, so affect overall performance of SVS. In view of these problems, the main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, based on the three voting scheme, the OTDIM optimization architecture is proposed, which can ensure the integrity and availability of the system and improve the overall performance of the system.Secondly, according to the OTDIM architecture of TDIM, the terrain warning algorithm is proposed to ensure the integrity of the system. Under the common function of the OTDIM architecture and the terrain warning algorithm, the integrity and availability of the system are guaranteed.Finally, the simulation environment is built, and the algorithm is simulated based on the OTDIM architecture. The final verification of the architecture and algorithm reflects the research of this thesis superiority.Experimental results show that the OTDIM architecture and algorithm proposed in this thesis can improve integrity of system and ensure availability of system effectively.
