The resin-matrix composites with the excellent material performance have been widely applied to the practice in the aeronautical and astronautical fields.The laminated plates' bearing capacity has a great impact on the overall security and cooperation of aircraft.Along with the changeable and complicated working condition,especially the change of temperature,the bearing capacity of the resin-matrix composite laminates will be influenced a lot,which will cause the bearing capacity of the whole structure to significantly decrease.There is no doubt that the significant decrease in the bearing capacity will post an obvious threat to the overall security and cooperation of the whole structure.Therefore,taking researches on the strength under high temperature of resin-matrix composite laminates is very important theoretically and worth in the practical project.The main research works in this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The model predicting the strength of resin-matrix composite laminates under temperature is established.and combining with the three-dimension damage extension theory,the entirely-analyzing method well suited to the prediction of strength and damage types of resin-matrix composite laminates under high temperature is also developed.By comparing and analyzing the theoretical and experimental research,the effectiveness of the strength-analyzing method is proved.(2)By using the APDL parameter design language,the program being used for predicting strength of the resin-matrix composite laminates under high temperature.Based on ANSYS software platform,the corresponding analysis and simulation about the laminates' overall damaged process is carried out.This program can predict the damage-failing process and the static-load strength of composite laminates under any temperature condition.(3)Targeting at three typical T300 / BMP316 resin-matrix composite laminates with bolt joint,hole as well as low-speed impact damage, the experimental research on the static-load tensile ?compression as well as residual strength under different temperature(RT?150??230??310?) has been taken including the related test design?processing and the test program. And also, the effect of temperature on the strength of composite laminates is analyzed.(4)By using the strength-predicting method built under temperature in this paper, theoretically simulating the damage propagation of the resin-matrix composite laminates and comparing with the experiment results shows:in the range of 310?, with the increase of temperature,the broken strengthof the laminate with hole presents a trend of decreasing first and then increasing;the broken strength of the laminate joint presents a trend of sustained decreasing.
