With the progress of the times,traditional construction techniques and methods can no longer meet the increasing demands of the current construction industry.As the country vigorously promotes the process of industrialization of housing industry,superimposed components have been greatly promoted and applied.The superposed floor slab is an assembled monolithic slab made of prefabricated panels and cast-in-situ concrete.The prefabricated panel is not only one of the components of the floor structure,but also a permanent template of the in-situ reinforced concrete superimposed layer,eliminating the need to support the mold,reducing the on-site wet work workload and protecting the environment.However,at present,there are no uniform standards and methods for the calculation of superposed floors.The superposed plates used in different projects are also inconsistent.Therefore,for different projects,the bearing capacity of the superposed plates to be used must be tested and analyzed.This article relies on the superimposed plates to be used in a project and mainly does the following work1 In combination with the laminate to be adopted in the project,different components are designed,and the influence factors of each component are different.A series of one-way laminated plate specimens were designed,and the loading test scheme was designed to determine the measurement volume for the used instruments.2 By analyzing the data obtained from the one-way laminated plate test,the effects of different factors on the bearing capacity of one-way laminated plates were compared.Such as additional steel bar diameter,the spacing of truss bars on both sides of the joint,additional steel bar length,etc.3 Establish the finite element model of the bi-directional superimposed plates to be used,and calculate the bearing capacity,stress distribution,and failure modes of the bi-directional superimposed plates by using Abaqus finite element software.Then compared with the same specifications of the cast-in-place board,the difference between the bearing capacity of the laminated board and the cast-in-place board was analyzed.
