| At present, accelerated mission test technology has been adopted to assess aircraft engine durability and reliability in the service life, but accelerated mission test technology is still in a period of development and improvement in china. This thesis studies the compilation and verification of aero engine accelerated mission test technology.According to the service life test for main components of aero engine, this paper presents a general method for the preparation of standard test load spectrum to simplify the process of load spectrum compilation under the test conditions. Based on this compiling method, it can easily obtain the test load spectrum for the service life test of main components of aircraft engine.This paper carries out the sample’s spectral load test of accelerated load spectrum and original load spectrum under high temperature of 650?C condition. On the basis of a turbo-shaft engine high pressure turbine disk original stress spectrum, this paper compiles the accelerated stress spectrum. On the two load spectrum as the load spectrum, sample’s fatigue-creep interaction tests carry out under high temperature of 650?C condition. Within the margin of error, it is proved that the equivalence of two test load spectrum and accelerated mission test spectrum method for the compilation of feasibility by comparing the acceleration load spectrum with the original load spectrum. At the same time, the accuracy and validity of the method of compiling the load spectrum of the universal standard test is verified. Within the margin of error, it is proved that the equivalence of accelerated mission test spectrum and simulation mission load spectrum of a turbo-shaft engine by comparing the two test load spectrum with the accelerated life test load spectrum and the simulation mission load spectrum, which can provide reference for Aero-engine Test.Based on the GUIDE’ function of the MATLAB, the load spectrum management system software of the accelerated life test is developed. The accelerated mission test spectrum of a turbo-shaft engine is compiled by using the load spectrum management system software of the accelerated life test, in the process of compiling, the actual use of the engine is fully considered. |
