Aeroengine load spectrum provides an accurate reference for the reliability and life assessment of engines and their components.The corresponding mission profile can accurately reflect the actual use of the engine.Typical mission profiles obtained after cluster analysis of mission profiles.It can provide a great help for the compilation and prediction of the comprehensive task spectrum and it is of great significance in practical projects.In this paper,the research on aeroengine load spectrum clustering method based on the second generation aircraft mission segment is carried out,and the clustering scatterplot is used to classify the aeroengine flight mission profile.That is,by analyzing the four important parameters of flight height,Mach number,normal overload,and rotational speed in the flight mission profile,the flight altitude and Mach number are chosen as the original parameters for dividing the mission profile;based on their corresponding missions.The cluster mean scatter plots are generated for the segment averages;they are divided initially according to the differences of the scatter distribution regions,and the densely populated regions are further divided according to the filtered profile features;finally,the profile types are divided into five categories.This paper has carried out a cluster analysis research on the flight mission profile of the three generation aircraft.A cluster scatter plot is generated from the mean of flight height and flight Mach number.The rain flow counting method was used to count the flight altitude,flight Mach number,rotation speed,and number of cycles of normal overload corresponding to each section,and the cruising and ground-slow sections were divided.The throttle lever profile is divided based on the throttle lever angle.Air-to-ground and air-to-air profiles are divided based on flight altitude.Finally,compare the clustering results of the third generation machine with the second generation machine.This paper identifies typical flight mission profiles corresponding to various sections of the three generation aircraft.In accordance with the task of mixing the composition of the comprehensive task spectrum.Through the wear level counting method and the rain flow counting method,the load accumulation probability and the number of wearing stages of the original spectrum and the comprehensive task spectrum were compared respectively,and the results showed that the data points and the fitting curves of the two were well consistent,indicating that the Methods The rationality and validity of the comprehensive task spectrum were compiled.
