The servo system in the engineering field is called load simulator, and it is used in the laboratory environment for simulating the aerodynamic load of the vehicle steering system, which is widely used in aerospace field. In the passive loading mode, the surplus torque generated by the actuator active movement, will seriously affect the loading system to load spectrum and tracking precision, so the redundancy torque in the system is the primary problem to be solved. In order to restrain the surplus torque in the system as much as possible, and improve the system's load accuracy and range, this paper studies and realizes the dual track loading system, which premise is motion tracking and purpose is load tracking.Firstly introduces the mechanical structure and working principle of the dual track loading system, using the method of mechanism established mathematical model of the system, The root cause of the surplus torque of double track loading system is analyzed and through compared with previous single motor system, show the superiority of the dual tracking system, The relationship between the amplitude and frequency of the excess torque and the rudder command is also analyzed.Then, the classical algorithm is applied to the dual track loading system. The PID controller is designed for the following system, the Hybrid controller with feedforward control and PID is designed for the load system, simulation analysis their control effect, which verifies the effectiveness of classical control algorithm and points out the existing shortcomings.After that, with the limitation in classical control algorithm to deal with inaccuracy mathematical model, nonlinear and time-varying parameters, the advanced algorithm is introduced into the control of dual track loading system, design of PID controller based on BP neural network and fuzzy adaptive PID controller for loading system, the simulation results show that the design controller can on-line tuning P, I, D of the control parameters and improve the loading system of adaptive and loading performance, so that the high precision loading of dual track loading system is achieved.Finally, select hardware and design hardware circuit for the dual track loading system, and completed the upper and lower computer design of the control system. The actual test results show that the design of the dual track loading system meets the requirements of the performance index.
