With constantly deepening the reform about low-altitude airspace management of our country, general aviation flight activities must develop towards the direction of diversification and scale. In order to explore basic scientif ic problems among different types of general aviation flight groups, and then reveal the adaptive evolution mechanism which is emerged in complex low-altitude flight situation, it needs to scientif ically and reasonably evaluate characteristics of mutual effect of typical general aviation flight activity groups. This paper uses three analytical methods: statistical fitting method, mathematical derivation method and simulation experiment method to research the topic of mutual effect relations of complex low-altitude intens ive flight activities with an expectation to offer certain theory and experimental bases for complex low-altitude blended intensive f light control and low-altitude airspace resource management.Firstly, this paper makes the connotation and definition of complex low-altitude basic parameter explicit; start with the characteristics of complex low-altitude environment, features of aircraft individual heterogeneous behaviors and nature of general aviation activities and adopt the principle of “See-Avoid’ and use complex adaptive system stimulation-reaction theory and artificial potential field method and establish general aircraft adaptive flight behavioral model and rule, including bas ic flight behavioral model, obstacle avoidance flight behavioral model and conflict detection and resolution behavioral model.Secondly, through extracting static characteristic parameters of typical general aviation f light activit ies and starting from basic parameters, fit to multi-dimens ion dynamic parameter collection and establish all-round mutual effect evaluation index, and finally structure multi- level characteristic evaluation system with safety, efficiency, environment protection and operation capacity, which is used to quantify and value mutual effect relation of different types of general aviation flight activitiesFinally, refer to domestic low-altitude airspace management regulations and foreign relevant examples and use Agent technology and Net Logo tool to establish complex low-altitude blended flight simulation platform and simulate mutual effect functions among and deduce general aviation blended flight behaviors, which initially reveals mutual effect relations among the index about flight volume, blending ratio, speed and flight conflicts of different types of general aviation f light behaviors and also analyzes and fits relevant conclusions.
