With the continuous promotion of China’s general aviation market and the gradual progress of the low-altitude airspace open process,general aviation will usher in a new development opportunity.In this paper,we study complex low-altitude airspace,explore the fundamental scientific problems in the interaction process of various general aviation flights by using the method of mathematical modeling and simulation analysis to reveal the basic law of safety characteristics of complex low-altitude flight situation,aiming at providing some theoretical and methodological support for scientific monitoring of low-altitude airspace operation and general aviation safety.Firstly,the definition of the complex low-altitude airspace are defined.On this basis,the complex low-altitude operation environment is summarized from the perspective of physical space and the security service.Combining domestic and international general aviation development status and development trend,four types of typical general aviation activities are selected as research object,including air travel,transportation,business flight and emergency rescue,then the characteristics of flight activities and low-altitude flight safety of the main impact factors are analyzed in detail.Secondly,based on the characteristics of general aviation activities and the performance of general aviation aircraft,the models of basic flight behavior,conflict detection and resolution were built.Based on ABMS,low-altitude airspace environment agent and general aviation aircraft agent are created to realize the interaction behavior.And based on NetLogo,a complex low-altitude flight situation simulation platform is builtFinally,the key parameters of flight situation safety are extracted and simulated based on the simulation platform.The relationships among the parameters,such as flight volume,number of conflicts,time of conflict,number of change altitude,average separation,average speed change and average heading change,are excavated,the basic rules of complex low-altitude flight situation safety characteristics,and the influence of factors on flight situation safety characteristics are explored.The results show that,there is a nonlinear relationship between flight volume and number of conflicts and time of conflict,between number of change altitude and number of conflicts;The fluctuation of average separation decreases with the increase of flight volume;When flight volume increases,average speed change increases and then decreases,while average heading change gradually stabilizes after increases;Reasonable setting of flight parameters is beneficial to the smooth operation of low-altitude airspace.
