There was a lot of vehicles which not only played the functions of transporting staff and material resources, but also may carry some of the equipment. Therefore it enhanced the equipment’s mobility. Not only was the equipment required no damages, meanwhile, it also to ensure the equipment can work normal and stable. With the development of science and technology, more and more high precision equipment was installed in the mobile vehicle.At present, a lot of equipment was directly installed on the vehicle chassis, or refitted based on the vehicle chassis and installed the equipment. The vibration isolation system is passive isolation, which was composed of a shock absorber and an elastic element, its vibration isolation effect is not very good. When it want to improve the effect, it was not realized to refit the volume production of the vehicle chassis. It became an important method to improve the vibration isolate condition of the vehicle equipment that developed of vibration isolation platform.Pneumatic artificial muscle(PAM) is a new type of pneumatic actuator. PAM was made up of the air bag and the fiber woven net which can be inflated by the air bag, it can produce a strong contraction force. Its working principle was through the PAM inflation or deflation to produce the force. It has unique advantages compared with other active agents: simple structure small weight; free of adhesion and creeping; the output force is 10 times as much as the rest of the others, in the same case; serious nonlinear; variable stiffness, fast response, good dynamic characteristics. In this paper, PAM was used in the vibration isolation platform as the active execution device, built the vibration isolation system, based on this, buffer characteristics are analyzed.PAM has its serious nonlinear characteristics, the traditional control method can’t be used to achieve the control requirements. Fuzzy PID and neural network control were used to control the system in this paper. Fuzzy PID control not only had the fuzzy control advantages of not insensitive to parameter changes and the mathematical models can’t be accurate, but also had PID control algorithm simple and good robustness. Fuzzy PID control was PID parameter which set of the experience of rules to the fuzzy rules, adjusted the PID parameters accorded to the change of the input. That made the controller prefect. Neural network had strong approximation ability and learning ability for the nonlinear functions, which was a wide range of applications in the field of control.The “vibration isolation platform-vehicle system” vibration model was established, fuzzy PID control and neural network were used to control the system in Matlab/Simulink. It is simulated in the software, which used the different speed and the different road conditions as the inputs, and the platform acceleration and displacement of the maximum, minimum and standard deviation of three indicators were analyzed. The simulation results showed that, the three indicators had drastically reduce, under two control strategies, the vibration isolation effect was obvious.
