The main problems of our country of industrial park are the increasing energy demand, the unreasonable energy structure, the reducing conventional energy reserves, the low rate energy utilization. Our country’s energy planning system only has power planning, steam planning, gas planning. It has not been established the regional energy planning for the whole system, and according to the use of experience value algorithm for industrial parks’ energy demand, without considering the energy circulation and complementarity among enterprises, it will lead to disconnection of energy planning, unreasonable operation management, the lack of communication and coordination in various departments. It results a great waste of energy and industrial pollution. On the basis of the Dutch Ministry of science and technology of international cooperation in science and technology project "Key Technology Platform Smart Energy Industrial Park and Synergy Drive"(2015DFG62270), we study the energy demand of the industrial park.Firstly, we analysis the characteristic of the energy demand of the industrial park from the point of view of the theory, to understand two main characteristics are that the regional energy demand is based on time dimension and that the energy industry is based on the perspective of industrial energy-saving. Therefore, computational framework and the energy input output model of energy demand in the industrial park based on energy demand characteristics was established from the perspective of circular economy. Energy input output model include the process of energy input-output model, enterprise energy pipeline model, enterprise energy input output model, enterprise energy pipeline.Secondly, we access to the process of the enterprise, the process parameters, process of energy and material input and output, enterprises in the energy pipeline classification and matching from the process and enterprise scale starting on a Industrial Park of Chongqing City in research; understanding of enterprise processes and energy status, including the structure of the energy, energy efficiency, energy cascade utilization and recycling energy utilization; enterprises with the surrounding businesses with relations, to investigate the structure of enterprises and the surrounding enterprise energy, energy pipeline length, industrial structure and so.Thirdly, through the energy demand model and investigation data, iron and steel enterprise process model, energy pipeline model were established and the level of the size and grade of the iron and steel enterprise energy demand were evaluated. And we analysis iron and steel enterprises, industrial park enterprises’ energy saving and natural gas chemical industry enterprises is composed of the energy input and output constructed model for energy network in Industrial Park, to achieve industrial park demand for energy minimization and the matching between supply and demand.Finally, using the energy demand in the industrial park of historical information to determine the industrial park at each scale of energy demand. With forecast model, the process, enterprises, industrial parks future energy demand were analysised and the evaluated of the prediction accuracy. It provides data for the energy system planning, operation and maintenance, energy saving transformation. forecasting through the analysis of energy demand, energy demand of process, enterprises and Industrial Park. as energy system planning, operation and maintenance, energy saving transformation support data, it has the important guiding significance to the optimization of energy system in the park.
