| Within the internal systems of the aircraft, the aircraft wire is widely distributed in the interlayer for signal and energy transmission. The quality of aircraft wire is directly related to the aircraft engine systems、flight control systems、instrumentation display system ect, thereby affecting the performance of the safety of aircraft. After long flight, the aircraft often fails owing to continuous vibration and moisture and high temperatures environment. For the characteristics of aircraft wire, varieties of aircraft wire fault repair equipment have been developed at home and abroad, and this brought greatly improvement in terms of efficiency of aircraft maintenance and repair cost, but there are also a lot of inadequate: such as it makes it difficult to detect the complex aircraft wire failure for some instrument’s single function; and some instruments are bulky, it brings a lot of inconvenience to the maintenance; besides, it also hinders its promotion for needing an external power supply and the low level of intelligence.Based on this, a portable comprehensive test system of aircraft wire based on DSP is presented in this paper. The hardware system consists of electrical parameter measurement circuits, transmitter circuits, signal acquisition circuits and so on. Measurements of electrical parameters and fault location through Time Domain Reflectometry(TDR) are two basic functions for the system. In addition, the special resistance of the wire can also be gotten on TDR. In daily maintenance, comprehensive performance test and portable characteristics have greatly facilitated the maintenance division. |
