With the rapid development of world economy and technology, the society status of air transport has been improved. However, it has brought many problems for nature such as the air pollution and the waste of resources. To solve these problems, Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning System was invented and boomed followed. With the view to the fact that Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning System is not very advanced, another new condition system based on PLC is easier to implement.The temperature regulation was needed to be rigorous and flexible. This task starts with the hardware design of Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning System, which is focus on PLC, and the optimization of control algorithm, aimed to improve the reliability, stability and flexibility of the system.Firstly, analyze the Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning System based on the PLC, then,based on S7400 PLC, use the STEP7 and WinCC to build the simulated Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning System, and design the interface.For optimization of algorithm, a temperature regulator is established, and two PID neural net controllers separately based on ACA-BP algorithm and GA-BP algorithm are devised.Respectively combine the global searching ability of ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm with the local accurate searching ability of BP algorithm and the PID neural net parameter self-adjusting ability, to realize the parameter optimization of PID controller. Then use Matlab to simulate and analyze the result, we can know that the two complicated algorithm in this task can correctly meet the requirements of Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning System's temperature regulator.
