The aircraft ground air conditioner is the aircraft ground air conditioning unit.The Pre-conditioned air(PCA)unit is a special air conditioning device that provides filtered,pressurized,cooled,and dehumidified(or heated)fresh air to the aircraft cabin parked on the ground.The time between docking at the boarding bridge and the departure of the aircraft from the bridge provides a comfortable cabin environment for passengers and crew.In the past,when aircraft were docked on the ground,they relied on their own auxiliary power unit(APU),such as high-energy-consumption,high-pollution equipment,to supply air and air.Under the slogan of the State Council "Win the Defence of the Blue Sky".Relevant parties require major airports to build and vigorously promote new energy equipment.In this context,Guangzhou Baiyun Airport requires major airlines to use the ground air conditioning of the airport's operating equipment to provide air-conditioning and cooling services for boarding bridges and aircraft.With the increase of ground equipment requirements,some problems of aircraft ground air conditioning are gradually exposed.For example,the cooling is not fast enough,and the temperature change control is not stable enough.The temperature control system determines the quality of the air conditioning system.The temperature controller adjusts the hot and cold valves of the air conditioner by a given control signal,changes the air supply volume and realizes the real-time adjustment of the temperature.At present,PID control is the most widely used in temperature control.A large number of production activities prove that PID control has a simple structure and strong robustness,which is suitable for application to aircraft ground air-conditioning temperature control systems.However,with the development of the civil aviation industry,under the different environmental and temperature conditions,aircraft ground air conditioners have become increasingly prominent in non-linear,time-varying,and many interference signals,and traditional PID control appears to be inadequate.With the development of intelligence theory and algorithms,the latest research results are incorporated into the PID tuning.According to the characteristics of the aircraft ground air-conditioning temperature control system,a bacterial foraging algorithm optimized flower pollination algorithm was optimized to optimize the fuzzy RBF neural network PID parameters,and the PID control was optimized to realize the aircraft ground air-conditioning control.In addition,for the air conditioning system due to the existence of multiple subsystems,which are coupling between each subsystem,if coupling seriously will affect the operation of the whole system,so the supply air temperature and supply air static pressure in the system in order to two objects using feed-forward compensation decoupling control to two system decoupling control and simulation experiment,obtain a satisfactory control effect.
