With the rapid development of civil aviation industry in our country,the social problems caused by airport noise have become increasingly prominent. Most domestic airports exist noise problem. How to reduce the impact of aircraft noise is a problem that people have been exploring. We must first accurately assess the size of aircraft noise and other impact to solve this problem, which requires quantitative description. A common way of quantitative description is protracting airport noise contour maps. This thesis focuses on the model-based ICAO noise contour drawing method and an evaluation system for the effect of aircraft noise level is developed.Firstly, this thesis studies the evaluation of aircraft noise, including sound exposure level?effective perceived noise level and so on;. Then describes how to use the INM(Integrated Noise Model) to draw the noise contours in detail. It also studies the ICAO, ECAC and SAE about the calculation of the aircraft noise, the ICAO model is the best method by comparing the advantages and drawback to find out the segmentation method to draw contours.According to the above content, MATLAB development platform is used to design and comply the drawing of the aircraft noise contours, including the tracking of the contour,smooth. The system makes the error correction on the predictive value of airport noise, so that the contours are more accurate.In the study of aircraft noise, the different models were calculated flight profile and noise level is unrealistic. In some cases, different models have the same characteristics and the noise is considered as a performance similar class or into a group, which fleets and future research are similar. Therefore, this paper draws on the noise characteristics of competing models C919 noise contours, we can better assess the C919.We can determine the noise of the airport more accurately based on the aircraft noise contour maps, it also provide scientific basis to build the new airport, to evaluate noise reduction measures, solve the complaints from people and the research on C919 aircraft. The result of this paper is important to solve the noise problem which we are facing.
