The environmental incidents of airport noise have become an inevitable problem to aviation in recent years. So it's important to learn how to control airport noise effectively for administrative departments of civil aviation, airport manager, airline company and airport designer.The weighted equivalent continuous perceive noise level LWECPN is adopted as airport noise rating parameters , moreover, it combines the scheduled flight, airport types and departure or approach flight paths of Xiaoshan international airport in 2005, and computes and draws the noise contours to predict the noise pollution around the airport. Then we describe the measurements of controlling airport noise in three aspects:decreasing the noise source of aircraft; controlling the noise propagation;making land-use planning around airport reasonable.
