In order to improve the resource efficiency and protect environment, and also promote the sustainable development of economy, using permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) with high efficiency, high power density and high dynamic response in some long run device, fans, pumps, compressors, etc. will improve energy efficiency and save energy. The sensorless PMSM driver system reduces the weight and cost due to saves the mechanical sensor, and has more and more application in industry and household field.Under this background, this paper puts forward the PMSM vector control technology based on the active power disturbance compensation to realize the PMSM sensorless control. The concrete work includes:This paper firstly introduces the basic components of V/f control system and analyzes its operation principle. And then the mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed, and the essential reason of the conventional V/f control unstable region is proved theoretically.The method of extracting active power disturbance component to compensate frequency is proposed to solve the problem of easy to be out of step. Finally, in the context of stable operation of system, the voltage amplitude correction loop is proposed on the view of reactive power to achieve vector control strategy such as cos?=1, MTPA, id=0.Secondly, it is advisable of using Matlab/Simulink to make simulation and effect analysis of the proposed algorithm. First of all the involved modules are detailed, followed by the gradual way to verify the of speed stabilizing loop and voltage amplitude correction loop. The simulation analysis further validates the correctness of the proposed algorithm.At the same time, the software design method is explained in detail and the development environment, micro controller, software structure and the important current sampling method are explained to make sure the algorithm actively implemented.Finally, the sensorless PMSM drive system with the designed software and laboratory hardware is debugged. After the debug completed, the experiment is carried out. And the experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the strategy. Then a summary of the paper is made, the deficiency of the research is pointed out, and the next work is discussed.
