This article introduced the research background and current development situation of UAV telemetry data processing system and the importance of telemetry data processing system briefly, after analyzing the causes of independence and poor universality of current telemetry data processing system, put forward to design a universal telemetry data processing system.In the view of the telemetry data processing system operating in both real-time processing and post-processing, Anti-outlier Kalman filtering algorithm is applied to real-time telemetry data processing. A new method which is consisted of Letts criterion and wavelet soft threshold denoising was adopted as telemetry data post-processing method. These two methods are proved effective through MATLAB simulation analysis.The design of UAV telemetry data processing system is proposed on the basis of requirement analysis. The telemetry data processing system can be divided into several modules. Detailed designs were presented for each module.C# language is adopted to develop the software of the telemetry data processing system. It is required that the computer applied to the work of software development should be equipped with Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2010. ODBC is adopted to store and manage telemetry data. DLL is applied to improve the universality of telemetry data processing system. The application of virtual instrument and the secondary development of electronic map made Visual display of some parameters available. Telemetry data sending and receiving is realized through network programming. The telemetry data processing system is proved to meet the demand of telemetry data processing dffectively, and it has good universality and expansibility.A bait throw prompt system is developed for a certain experment on the basis of telemetry data processing system. The settings management and the data calculation method are added to the bait throw prompt system. An interpolation method based on linear interpolation and inverse distance weighted interpolation is adopted. The bait throw prompt system completed three important tasks after debugging. It monitored and stored the data during the tasks, and displayed the prompt at the right moment.
