In missile range test, the telemetry data reflects the real work condition of each systemon missile and the changes in the environment, and the dataprocessing result directlyinfluences the analysis and evaluation of test results. With the continuous improvement oftelemetry technology, the missile telemetry is developing to the high rate, large amount ofdata and multi information fusion. The tested missiles are different in telemetry system,channel arrangement, parameters, and data types and so on. It can not meet the need oftelemetry data dispath processing by using special software. Exterior ballistic measurementinformation, such as GPS, and inertial navigation data is transmitted in telemetry channel.The measurement precision can be improved by applying nonlinear filtering. So the externaltrajectory estimation method, using related information in the telemetry data, has a goodapplication prospect in the missile test.Based on the above situation, in this thesis, a general dispatch processing software isdesigned for telemetry data format of several different missiles. The error model ofINS/GPS combination observation is built up, and nonlinear filtering method is used fortrajectory estimation. The main work of this paper focuses on the following aspects:1.On the basis of comprehensive analysis for telemetry data file format, telemetryframe formats and parameters attribute, the general types of frame structure and parameterattribute information are summarized, and the standard database tables are designed todescribe these information. The foundation is laid for the telemetry data dispatch processingsoftware.2.The telemetry data dispatch processing software is designed. The software mainlyconsists of database management module and telemetry data dispatch processing module. Inthe former, these functions are realized such as database connection and management bymanaging and controlling the frame format table and parameter attribute table. In the latter,these functions are realized such as time processing, zero time search parameters dispath,physical quantity conversion and data curve drawing.3.To reduce the precision drop influence caused by the interference in transmissionprocess, the separated telemetry data is denoised by using Letts criterion, recursive leastsquare method and wavelet transform method. To test the denoise results, these methods aresimulated. The result of simulation shows that both of these methods has a inhibitory effect as well for Gaussian white noise. And wavelet transform method is better than fadingmemory recursive least squares method in estimate response speed for change data.4.The error model of INS/GPS integrated observation is built up.The denoisedparameters of INS and GPS separated from the telemetry data are taken as measurments,and nonlinear filtering methods, EKF, CDKF and RPF applied to the missile exteriortrajectory estimation. The simulation results of the three methods are analysed. The result ofsimulation shows a better estimate effection is got by the three methods. Among thesemethods, the RPF has the highest precision but the longest filter period, the EKF has thelowest precision but the shortest filter period, the CDKF has the lowest precision but theshortest filter period, CDKF estimation accuracy and processing time is between EKF andRPF.
