Induction Motor Vector Control separating the excitation component and torque component of the stator current,so that induction motor speed control is smooth, fast response,high accuracy,which is widely used in industrial fields. The stator current decoupling rely on accurate estimation of the rotor flux,commonly estimation algorithm of rotor flux inevitably contain the motor parameters,incorrect parameters are directly affect the estimation of flux.To solve this problem,this paper from three areas about the offline parameter identification,the effection of incorrect parameters to vector control,parameter online identification,the theoretical derivation and Matlab simulation analysis, and finally set up the hardware and software test platform verified by experiments.First of all, this thesis using Clark and Park coordinate transformation technique to simplify the mathematical model of the induction motor. And the two-phase rotating coordinate system oriented in the rotor flux, decoupling the excitation current component and the torque current component. Then briefly introduces three kinds of rotor flux indirect estimation methods,provide a theoretical basis for the online parameter identification. At the same time, the choice of SVPWM modulation method, to further improve the utilization of the DC bus voltage, making vector control technology is more energy efficientSecondly, based on the induction motor T type equivalent model, using hardware structural characteristics of the inverter experiment with DC, single-phase test, no-load test,identify the stator and rotor resistance, leakage inductance and mutual inductance. In addition,analysis of parameters variation impact to vector control dynamic and static performance,and verified with Matlab simulation and verification tools. Next,based on the model reference adaptive system(MRAS) and super Popov stability theory, and researched about the identify of induction motor rotor time constant online identification and made simulation research and analysis of tracking and step performance for the identification method.Finally, builded frequency control system hardware platform of using TMS320F28335 ascontrol the core, and in the software environment of CCSV5.0 write the code of vector control algorithm, V/F control algorithm, SVPWM algorithm, offline parameter identification algorithm and panel communication, combination of hardware verified parameters offline identification algorithm by experiments,and the parameters identified by offline as the initial value of vector concrol, compared the simulation and experimental waveforms, the results show that the parameter identification method is correct and feasible.
