| In recent years with the construction industry development, complicated technology and many unsafe factors make the construction become an industry that has frequent safety accidents. Frequent construction safety accidents have increased the invalid cost, and also bring the huge threat to the lives and property of the individual. So the construction enterprises must pay attention to safety management, fully grasp the security situation of the construction site and find out the weak links of safety management work. It is helpful to make right decisions to reduce the construction accidents and promote the healthy and smooth development of construction industry.This paper on the basis of selected topic background and research significance, discussed the domestic and foreign research present situation of the selected topic.It introduced the basic content of the construction safety risk from the risk formation and security research theory;and analysed the building construction characteristics, meanwhile,expounded the present status of the construction safety management in China.From the construction of the main factors(human factors, material factors, scheme and technical factors, institutional factors and environmental factors), and combined with the data of questionnaire, through collecting the document literature and combineing the specific circumstances of the construction site, the paper comprehensive analysed the sub factors that affect the safety of construction site,established the evaluation index of the construction site safety risk grade system.By analyzing interdependent and interactional indicators, it established the network structure of the construction site safety risk grade assessment model. Based on the research of ANP and FCE method, the construction site safety risk grade assessment model was assessed.Finally,combined with specific construction project as an example, using the comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the construction safety risk grade,and through the evaluation results put forward specific safety management advices. |
