Blasting vibration control is a key technical problem of blasting excavation of high rock slope in large water conservancy and hydropower engineering. It is of great theoretical significance and application value for studying the blasting vibration safety control standard of rock high slope under different structural plane to optimizing the blasting design parameters and ensuring engineering safety.In this paper, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to study the blasting vibration control of rock high slope with structural plane, and draws several conclusions as following.(1) Based on the dynamic stability history analysis method, The dynamic stability safety factor of rock slope under blasting load is obtained by the software of LS-DYNA. Steep dip structural plane of slope stability coefficient minimum gentle dip structural plane of slope stability coefficient minimum to small, slow dip structural plane of slope the critical velocities than steep dip structural plane of slope stability critical speed high.(2) By using LS-DYNA software and equivalent blasting load, the damage degree of rock slope with different dip angles under blasting load has been calculated. The result indicate that, as the inclination angle increases, the damage degree of structural plane is small, slow angle structure face slope critical vibration velocity to be smaller than the steep structural surface slope critical vibration velocity.(3) The rock slope contain structure of in interface is prone to local tensile damage and shear slip failure.The former is considering damage to develop safety standards, the latter is to consider the stability safety standards. Considering the two factors of damage and stability, there is a critical angle ??. When the structural plane angle is smaller than ??, velocity threshold of blasting vibration is controlled by the structure surface damage and should be taken critical damage velocity as a safety threshold,When the structure plane angle is bigger than ??,the velocity threshold of blasting vibration should be controlled by the stability should be taken critical stability velocity as a safety threshold.
