Boiler clamp set of temperature control system has high precision and strong anti-interference ability, it is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, etc. for liquid heating, the temperature rise curves must meet the requirements of certain linear temperature rise and production safety, because many practice field of temperature effect concludes many aspects, the temperature control system has its own attributes and performance with hysteresis control, the control object of nonlinear makes temperature control become more complex, traditional heating device due to the application of relay resulted in large volume, high failure rate, system noise is larger, severely reducing the normal industrial production efficiency.Using high speed microprocessor makes the system software debugging simple, the system working mode selection becomes rich, it can improve the intelligent and the traditional relay control mode performance. Design are introduced the boiler temperature clip set of temperature control process in detail, and made a thorough study of the characteristics of temperature control, through the conventional PID control, cascade PID control strategy control matlab simulation results contrast, PID self-tuning after by the critical ratio method and Z-N method obtained the PID control parameters, it obtains the most suitable boiler temperature control algorithm, meets the case temperature rise curve in particular, enhances the ability to adapt to temperature cascade control system control parameters in the field. The design chooses STM32 as the CPU in hardware selection and determines the temperature pressure transmitter model?the implementation of the model and so on, the hardware connection of the test are carried out.On the function of man-machine conversation, the design uses STM32 UCOSS-II operating system to establish a visual interface, displaying view real-time temperature acquisition, the status of the equipment, and set alarm function?the operating system makes intelligent system improved, it is controlled more conveniently. System design can meet the requirements of the temperature control of the site,it has excellent performance characteristics.
