As an important part of the boiler operation,the boiler combustion control system has important significance for improving the stability and safety of boiler operation.In this thesis,the boiler combustion control system is studied and analyzed.In view of the poor stability of the gas-fired boiler and low combustion efficiency,a fuzzy PID combustion controller is designed,an STM32 embedded control platform is built,the stability of the system is improved,and the gas boiler is realized.Automatic control.In the research process,this article mainly completed the following aspects:First,build a mathematical model,determine the control algorithm and perform the algorithm simulation.For the large inertia,hysteresis and non-linearity of the boiler temperature control,the least squares method is used to establish the temperature control model of the gas water boiler,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm is adopted,and the Simulink tool in MATLAB is used for simulation,through the conventional PID In contrast,it can be seen that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller regulates the heating speed,high stability,and can achieve better control results.Second,the hardware and software systems were designed.Among them,the hardware system takes the embedded system STM32 as the core,designs the input,the output circuit,draws the PCB circuit board and carries on the physical welding,completes the boiler control system hardware platform to build.Software system,transplant and revise μC/OS-II operating system,finish the application task of each function module.Use the μC/GUI embedded graphics system as the lower computer man-machine interface to complete the design of the GUI interface.Then,completed the upper computer monitoring system design.The MCGS is used to design a host computer monitoring system to realize data monitoring andequipment control,facilitate the monitoring and management of the staff of the stoves,ensure the safety of the staff of the stoves,and improve the monitoring efficiency of the staff of the stoves.Finally,the overall system hardware and software debugging,the results show that:The system is high stability,improved combustion efficiency and safety,and can achieve the desired control.
